What if my clothes are heavily stained?
We try our best to remove the stains by adapting the best washing cycle, detergent, temperature suitable for the garment, however in case of tough stains, we would recommend you to use our stain removal or dry cleaning service. Also, our Ozone system is the most efficient way to handle heavy stains.
How long you take to return the garments?
We offer next day delivery for our wash and fold clients, and a two day delivery turnaround for dry-cleaning customers. Depending on your location, we also offer same-day delivery of wash & fold. Please contact us for more details.
How can I pay for the services?
You can pay for your order directly through out app. Once you download our app, the system will ask you to input your card information. If you're a client who washes at our laundromat location in Ridgewood Queens, we accept credit card and cash as a form of payment.
